Try walking for at least 20 minutes – Walking is an easy and accessible way to improve physical and mental health and a 20-minute walk can reduce the risk of a number of preventable health conditions, including certain cancers, depression, heart disease and Type 2 diabetes.
In addition there are so many things to see – the lambs are out, flowers blooming and the traffic lights are in full blossom!
The week of 16th May to 22nd May is Dementia Awareness week
Dementia in various forms affects a large number of people throughout the country.
